From Vision to Impact is a human-centred leadership framework built from three interconnected practices: upskilling leadership, coaching for impact, and applying human-centred design thinking. Together, they form a pathway — not a set of tools — for school leaders who want to move from intention to lasting, measurable change.

This session introduces the framework through direct experience. Participants work through each of its three pillars: strengthening their own leadership practice through reflection and shared language; exploring how coaching conversations unlock agency and growth in the people around them; and applying design thinking principles — drawn from the Stanford d.School methodology — to a real challenge they are facing in their school right now.

The session is grounded in the belief that sustainable school improvement requires leaders who lead themselves well, coach others effectively, and design for the people they serve. Each pillar is introduced through experience, applied immediately to a real context, and closed with a concrete next step.
