In this workshop, we’ll take a persistent challenge you experience in your role and use a diagnostic process to look beneath the surface. We’ll test assumptions and explore what may really be getting in the way. You’ll compare your thinking with other leaders and leave with a clearer understanding of the challenge, and a stronger basis for deciding where to focus your time, attention and resources for the greatest impact.
